Serves 4
A great breakfast when you fancy something a bit special
and a bit different. To make the whole dish healthier
and fruitier, top with fresh blueberries and raspberries.
1. Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas mark 2
2. Place the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and Breakfast
Milk into a large bowl
3. Whisk until well blended and slightly frothy
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan and melt about half of
the butter in the pan, with the oil (the oil stops the
butter burning)
